I've checked the notifications tab under preferences and have unchecked it, hard restart, reenable, hard restart, and still nothing. I've deleted my profile and re download the profile and sometimes that will cause me to be able to receive party and game invites, but as soon as the Xbox is restarted again it goes back to not receiving them. I've tried a hard restart, a hard factory reset where it deleted everything and started fresh, no dice. I can still send them out to people and they can be accepted and everything works fine, just can't receive them.
